Manager, MTZ Brasil

In this position, I developed new products for customers that needed customized solutions for their industrial applications, leading engineers and technicians from project planning and execution to installation, involving various company departments. I also developed the international distributor network to reach customers Worlwide.

2010-2014

Manager, MACCO Maquinas

At MACCO, I helped reorganize the sales team and to create the engineering department to offer a complete industrial solutions to customers. The main products were torque-controlled power tools and accessories for assembly lines

2000-2010

General Manager, ASSAHI Maquinas

At ASSAHI, I developed my interpersonal skills, leading over 100 people through a structural culture change process at the company. We implement a new vision and professional customer approach and expand the sales coverage. I was also responsible for representing the company with international suppliers' visits and trade shows to improve relationships and new product partnerships.
